Cancellation Policy

At Joe Apps Technology Support, we understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your support service. To ensure a transparent and fair cancellation process for our valued customers, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Window:

  • You can cancel or reschedule your support service up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment without incurring any cancellation fees.
  • For cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee may apply.
    • PLEASE NOTE: In the event that your appointment was scheduled within a 24-hour timeframe, you are entitled to a grace period of 12 hours, within which you may cancel without incurring any fees.

2. Cancellation Fees:

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: No cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment: A cancellation fee may be applied, equivalent to 50% of the Service Fee

3. How to Request a Cancellation or Reschedule:

  • To cancel or reschedule your support service, please contact our customer support team at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. You can reach us via phone at 1-866-563-2771 or email, with the contact information provided in your booking confirmation.

4. Refunds:

  • If you are eligible for a refund due to a cancellation, we will process it within 5 business days from the date of your cancellation request. Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

5. Exceptions:

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as a technical issue on our end or a technician’s unavailability, we will make every effort to reschedule your appointment at no additional cost to you.

6. No-Show Policy:

  • If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice (a “no-show”), you may be charged the full-service fee.

7. Rescheduling:

  • We understand that sometimes rescheduling is necessary. We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment if you cannot make it at the originally scheduled time.
