  2. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any form of retaliation against individuals who report discrimination or harassment or participate in related investigations.

Accountability & Reporting

  1. We hold all employees accountable for upholding the principles of this DEI policy. Managers and supervisors are responsible for fostering an inclusive work environment, addressing concerns promptly, and providing necessary support to employees.
  2. We encourage employees to report any concerns, violations, or suggestions related to DEI to the Human Resources department. We will investigate and take appropriate action to address such matters promptly and confidentially.
