Here at Joe Apps Technology Support, we are currently looking for an Administration Assistant to join our team. ABOUT US

Joe Apps Technology Support is an expanding IT company that suits the needs of Small Businesses and provides them with leading technology support. We make enterprise IT affordable and accessible to small businesses and provide them with all the benefits experienced by larger companies. Our team primarily services the Halton Region and surrounding areas. We do remote, on-site, phone and email support and strive to constantly improve our services and customer experience. 

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Assist with Auditing reports
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Provide general support to visitors

As our ideal candidate you will have:

  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
