ABOUT THE ROLE
Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned companies and ensure all technical standards are achieved
Respond to client inquiries/schedule appointments via phone and email
Lead and develop plans for technical infrastructure
Resolve issues quickly by using problem solving skills
Maintain an excellent environment and client experience while supporting with technical issues
As our ideal candidate you will have:
Experience with IT infrastructure project planning and coordination.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the following areas:
Managing PC & Server (i.e. installing and cabling servers, troubleshooting, and asset management)
Network infrastructure experience (i.e. Cisco and Juniper routers, and switches experience)
Data Management / Offsite Storage Procedures, and Data Center Operations
Problem management and process skills
Strong analytical and communication skills
Secondary skill sets:
Well versed in Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Server hardware, Data backup.
Hardware troubleshooting skills
Software troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of desktop support
