Is the scorecard really complimentary?
Yes. Your external scorecard is complimentary for businesses in our Chamber community. If you would like a walkthrough, that is included too. There is no obligation to purchase services.
Will you need access to our systems?
No internal access is needed for this external scorecard. We confirm your business domain and review information available through our scorecard tool.
Is this a full cybersecurity assessment?
No. The scorecard provides an external view. It does not test all internal controls or prove that a business is secure. If a deeper assessment would help, we agree on scope and authorization separately.
What if we already have an IT provider or internal IT team?
Share the findings with your internal IT team or existing provider to support a more informed conversation. We’ll explain the priorities without requiring you to change providers.
What happens after I submit?
You’ll receive an acknowledgement email. Our team will check your details, prepare the scorecard and email it to you. We’ll only ask for more information if something needs clarification.
